TERMS AND CONDTIONS OF STAY

CHECK IN AND CHECKOUT TIME

Check in time is at 2 pm and checkout time is at 12 noon.

PAYMENTS

We will inform the bank details once the booking is confirmed.

PAX

Occupancy of the house is limited to 6 adults including children. if the number of persons exceeded 6, to inform Management in advance.

RESPONSIBILITY OF GUESTS.

Guests are expected to ensure that their family members and their guests use the facilities provided with due care and keep the premises reasonably cleaned at all times

Guests will be held responsible for any breakage , damage or loss to the furnishings , furniture , linen and crockery, etc.

CARETAKER

The caretaker is authorized to assess breakages , damages and losses and after consultation with the management to collect charges on behalf of the management .

MANAGEMENT

The Management has the right not to accept any application to let the Homestay without giving any reasons whatsoever.

INDEMNIFY

Guests shall indemnify Management for any damage, injury or loss due to any damage to premise or any items in the Homestay or injury to any person.

QUIET ENJOYMENT

Guest are allowed the quiet enjoyment of the premises . However the management reserves the right to enter the premise for inspection at a reasonable time.
